Stripe integration
The Stripe integration syncs invoices, payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts from Stripe into the Rivane general ledger in near real time. Payments are matched to invoices and posted as cash application, processor fees are split out and coded, and invoices feed ASC 606 revenue schedules with no rekeying. Data flows one way, from Stripe to Rivane.

Where Stripe data lands in Rivane
| Data | Where it lands in Rivane |
|---|---|
| Invoices | Customer invoices in accounts receivable, and the source for revenue schedules |
| Payments, refunds, disputes | Cash applied to the matching invoice and posted to the GL |
| Payouts | Bank deposits with the fee breakdown, reconciled against your bank feed |
| Processor fees | Separate coded entries, so net payouts reconcile cleanly |
| Customers | Customer records used for AR matching |
A typical workflow
A Stripe payout lands in your bank account. Rivane already holds the charges, refunds, and fees behind it, so the payout matches the deposit, each payment is applied to its invoice, and the fee posts to its own account. Your team reviews only what did not match.
