What it looks at

Two regimes, and almost nobody writes about both

A Gulf group with Saudi subsidiaries is subject to two separate mandates with different formats, different channels, and different dates. Satisfying one does not satisfy the other. Most published guidance covers the UAE alone, or covers Europe.

The checker maps every entity you have to the regime that reaches it, then works out which date binds you first and what your current invoicing setup is missing. Where a fact is genuinely unsettled, such as your ZATCA wave, it says so rather than guessing.

ZATCA Phase 2 integrates your billing system with Fatoora by API. Standard invoices are cleared before issue, so it sits on the critical path of your sales cycle.

Questions finance teams ask

Compliance is a deadline. The close is every month.

E-invoicing is the part with a date on it. Keeping structured invoice data reconciled across every entity, all year, is the part that decides whether the deadline is hard or routine.
