How is Rivane priced?

Each plan is a flat platform price with unlimited users. Plans differ on entities, monthly AI document allowance and compliance modules, the three things that track both the value you get and the cost we carry.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so controllers, AP clerks, auditors and founders can all work in the same ledger without a seat negotiation.

What counts as an AI document?

Any invoice, bill, receipt or statement that Rivane AI extracts and codes for you. Your allowance and usage are visible on your plan, and extra documents are $50 per 1,000, never a surprise.

What does implementation cost?

None is mandatory. Platform migration is included in every plan: the migration hub imports your chart of accounts, open items and history, and most teams are live in days. If you want a CPA at the wheel and a parallel run, guided migration is a flat $2,500 for up to three entities and two years of history.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual plans are billed up front for the year at the lower per-month rate, roughly two months free. Monthly plans are billed month to month at the standard rate.

Can I change plans as we grow?

Yes. Move up a plan when you add entities, revenue complexity or compliance modules. On Launch and Growth you can also add a single entity for $99 per month instead of upgrading.

Is there a free trial?

We run a guided walkthrough on your own data rather than an empty self-serve trial, so you see the close, the reports and the AI on real numbers before you commit.

When does billing start?

Subscription billing starts the day you go live, not the day you sign. The only charge before that is guided migration, if you chose it.
