Estimate corporate tax under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022. Zero on the first AED 375,000 of taxable income, 9% above, with an option for Small Business Relief. Enter a taxable income to see the tax and the effective rate.
UAE corporate tax has a two-band structure. There is no tax on the first AED 375,000 of taxable income, and 9% on the portion above that. A separate relief lets small businesses elect out entirely.
The first AED 375,000 of taxable income is taxed at 0%. This band supports small businesses and start-ups, so a business at or below it pays no corporate tax.
Taxable income above AED 375,000 is taxed at 9%. Because the first band is free, the effective rate on total income is always below 9% and rises towards it as income grows.
A resident person with revenue at or below AED 3,000,000 may elect relief and be treated as having no taxable income, so the tax is nil. The relief runs through tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026.
The rate structure follows the corporate tax law. Rates and rules change, so check the figure against the primary sources below.
This is an example estimate using the headline rate structure. It is not tax advice. Exempt income, qualifying free-zone treatment, deductions, tax grouping, and transfer-pricing rules can change the outcome. Confirm any figure against the Federal Tax Authority and a qualified adviser.
Rivane keeps ledgers, adjustments, and tax-ready records in one place, so a corporate tax return is a report, not a scramble.
